ALL CHARGED UP AND READY TO GO ANKER DELIVERS
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great little power station, for travel, camping, emergency prepping . . . heck even just using in your home to open up places to keep your phones charged. I wasn't sure what to expect from this portable battery, but my questions disappeared quickly after using it for a bit. The unit has different charging ports as well as ac outlets, a car type port (for air mattress etc), on the front of the unit as well as multiple ways to recharge the actual unit itself such as with the Anker SOLIX 100W Portable Power Panel , let's you charge this powerstation on the go, providing even more value. This power station would be an excellent accessory to take with you camping or even hiking, giving you power where you need it, when you need it. pros High-capacity 288Wh battery and advanced LiFePO4 cells [after researching a little the LiFePO4 cells not only have a cycle life over 4x that of a lithium-ion polymer battery, these batteries are the safest of the lithium batteries, because they will not catch fire, and won’t even overheat which is a massive upgrade over other lithium batteries, which can overheat and catch fire.] Remote Control/Monitoring with the Anker App (Adjust settings battery level, recharging speed, etc) 8 output ports (3 AC outlets, 1 USB-A, USB-C [dual 140W PD 3.1 USB-C ports , w /fast recharges] The 288Wh battery also supports 140W two-way USB-C fast charging The case also features a 3level 'camping light' LED light on the front of the device (which can give off an SOS flashing for emergencies) The C300x is very light weight, also includes strap to carry the unit easily The unit also features a nice little screen on the front of the device to give you quick information about the energy consumption etc of the power station. cons only 1 usb-A port which isnt terrible but 2 would of been nice Overall I am really enjoying this power station, from using it as a new area to charge phones in the home, to taking it with on roadtrips to power up our devices. Being able to power multiple devices simultaneously makes this an invaluable product, especially with all the features it boasts. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a decent amount of portable power in a small package, you won't be disappointed.

Compact. Versatile. So much good here.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is one of my favorite new tech gadgets. I know that is somewhat funny to say, given it is really just a big battery, but I like a lot of what they have done here, and I think it is going to do quite a few things for me. My most common use case to this point has been charging my everyday gadgets. Phone, laptop, headphones, kindle…etc. Just to get a feel for it. I am planning on keeping it at home for potential power outages, taking it with me in the car while traveling, and the occasional times I am off grid getting outside enjoying nature. Really, I just plan on using it anywhere I can. So far, I could not be happier. It has a ton of capacity, it is quick, and it just works. As for the hardware, for starters, I really like the build and design. Everything has a solid feel, the buttons are responsive, all of the ports seem of good quality, the LED light is a nice add, and the screen is not only very clear, but gives you a lot of relevant data. I like the strap option, but I do think it should be included. I guess if it keeps the overall price lower, that is good, but it seems like a little bit of a miss. Personally, I think I prefer the built in handle, but more options are always nice. This unit is a fairly compact size for what it delivers, and the footprint is quite small. I do prefer this shape choice, it being a bit slimmer but with more height. I do also like the flat top (without the strap) as it allows possible stacking or easier placement in tight spaces. While compact, it does have a “little weight” at just over 9 pounds. I think that is totally reasonable for what it is and while not the same as toting a laptop around, it is still easily portable. The variety of ports, both input and output, is probably my favorite part of this device. It makes it so versatile. While I also really think the DC unit Anker offers is great, the inclusion of 120v outlets here provides the greater flexibility. Perhaps the inclusion of an additional USB-A port would be preferable, for those odd devices, but I am fine with it and the 3 USB-C ports (2 140W) cover all of my most common needs. Ultimately though, none of that matters if this thing itself has no power, and the recharging options it has are another big reason I like it so much. Having the ability to use a normal wall outlet is a bonus, both in convenience and speed. Same for a 140W USB-C, even it lags just a bit behind. Further, given one of my main use cases is for travel, the car socket option is also a nice add. Lastly, when it comes to solar, I do not currently have any compatible panels, but I am looking into it and am very seriously considering making a purchase. Whether it be for convenience or need, travel or power outage, I find the ability to potentially have power on demand very attractive. As of now, I am undecided. Lastly, while I am no battery expert, I was previously familiar with LiFePO4 batteries, and I like that Anker took that route here. Given the nature of this device, anything that can provide both more safety and more longevity is appreciated. More stability. More cycles. More value to me. The nice warranty also gives me a nice peace of mind. All in all, I am very pleased with all of the hardware. On the software side, I am even less of an expert on how it runs all this battery tech but given Anker’s place in the market I feel comfortable trusting them here, especially over a lesser-known name in the space. With regards to the app, it is done rather well. Everything is intuitive, very clear, and accurate. Nice UX. It makes updating the device itself quick and easy. You also get a nice amount of control over parts of the Solix as well as all the information and data you may need. In the end, I really like this power station, and I think the value is there. It is well-built, portable, versatile, comes from a trusted name in the space, and most importantly, it just works. Very well. While I am still in the early stages of finding all of my use cases, they are there for me as I think they would be for most people.

The Perfect Camping and Adventure Companion
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.THE PROBLEM Camping during the summer is a blast, but it can also be unbearably hot. This heat often continues into the night which can make it difficult to sleep which necessitated us buying rechargeable fans for our tent during our last trip. Bringing multiple small batteries and having to figuring out how to recharge these fans and our devices before the next night by either driving around or leaving the car running was annoying and took away from our vacation time. THE SOLUTION Enter the Anker Solix C300X. It has a large 288 Wh battery with plenty of ports for keeping all your devices topped off with power in a compact hang-off-your-shoulder package. It easily lasts the length of your multiday camping trip so that you can spend more time exploring and less time ensuring you aren’t going to sweat during your sleep. It can also be recharged with solar! FORMFACTOR The SOLIX C300X is made of durable hardshell plastic and feels like it can stand up to some abuse which is important since this unit is designed to be portable and utilized in outdoor environments. It has a large grip so you can easily carry it with one hand as well as a durable shoulder strap for hands-free transport, though I would still pack it in a backpack for long distances. It has grippy rubber feet on the bottom to help it stay in place and cooling vents on the left and right sides of the unit. Finally, there is a light bar with 3 different brightness settings for use when it gets dark. NOTE: Inside the vents are some internal circuitry so you don’t want to carry this unit exposed in the rain or you risk damaging it. PORTS This unit comes with a variety of ports: - 3 x AC receptacles for larger devices that peak up to 600W - 2 x USB C ports (140W for laptops (middle port can be used for charging the battery) - 1 x USB C port (15W) for phones/tablets - 1 x USB A port (12W) for older devices - 1 x DC 12V (120W) socket for car accessories - 1 x SOLAR IN port for recharging APP FEATURES I highly recommend utilizing the app with the battery because it comes with some convenience features that made our trip more enjoyable. The app allows you to see the status of the battery over a local Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connection. With the app you can remote control and monitor the 12V DC and AC receptacles as well as setup timers for how long they should say powered. In our case we’d setup the fan to turn on for several hours but eventually turn off as it got cooler and to preserve power. It also lets you remote control the light which is helpful for finding your way in a dark tent. As with other connected Anker batteries you can also update the firmware so new features can be added and bugs can be fixed. BATTERY CHARGING The battery recharges quickly with either AC or USB C and I was able to validate their claim of roughly 80% in 50 minutes when plugged into AC. You can also purchase their solar panel setup to recharge when you are off grid and on a longer camping trip. The unit uses LiFePO4 chemistry for batteries which are great for their longevity and high cycle count (Anker claims 10 years and 3000 cycles). When you start charging the device does change its power source for connected devices from the internal battery to the wall power and it does switch quickly enough (<10 ms) to function as a UPS and I was able to verify this with several different devices in my home. When I’m not camping with the device, I use it to power my Wifi router at home in case of a power outage or flicker. OTHER USECASES I’ve seen situations where people utilize these for recharging camera and drone gear since they are often doing multiple shoots while on the go. The battery would be great for multiday festivals where you might not have access to AC outlets. Finally, it would be a great addition to a home emergency kit with the built in light and ability to charge phones nearly 20 times given the size of the battery.

packs a punch
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a small but powerful powerhouse for charging your devices. It is nice to be able to charge multiple devices at once and multiple options to do so. 3 USB-C ports 2 are fast chargers and a USB-A port as well. This allows you to not have to worry about having a power brick. I am a little disappointed in it only having 1 USB-A though. But it does also allow 3 regular plugs and a car adaptor. It is not too heavy and easy to carry with the handle or strap. Going to the park and sitting for a while, it was nice to not worry about my phone dying on me. I enjoy playing games on my phone that tend to eat up the battery and after 30 min to an hour my phone is just about dead. With this, it hardly took up any battery juice and my phone stayed charged. My wife has her phone as well as an Ipad. At home, we used it over nite as well and in the morning, phone was fully charged, Ipad was charged and wife's phone was. We sleep with the Ipad on all nite playing cartoons to help sleep. We still have over 90% battery life. The only complaint I have is that it did not come with a charger for the car. It came with one power cord to plug into a regular outlet. You do have an option to use a USB-C cable to also charge it, but that seems to take a bit longer, so we just plugged it into an outlet. You can also get a solar panel for it. But again, if traveling out and about, it would have also been nice to have a car adaptor. Overall, though, I like the look, it is not that heavy considering what it is. Has a light with 3 settings that is decent. It is also not a bad choice to have if you go to a friend's house and you do not want to have to try and find a plug for your devices. You can put this next to you and use it. Especially easy to go from indoors to outdoors and vice versa. Went to a buddy's house for a day to play games, and then a bon fire at nite. A few others were interested with it and were asking about it and used it as well. It is not as compact as a small battery you might have for your phone, but this will power multiple things at the same time as well as bigger things like my gaming laptop, steam deck, switch, Ipad, we have travel fans, etc. and will keep your phone charged for hours where most small phone battery chargers seem to only give you one recharge. This will keep you charged for hours. Like I mentioned above, my main use is to keep phone charged. I do not enjoy power outages but having a backup to at least keep phones and Ipad charged is a nice thought and peace of mind. I highly recommend this, great for those times you might just want to sit outside at the park, your own home, or at a friend's house. Also, for those indoor times that power might go out, or you go to a friend's house and don't like trying to find an outlet. With this, you have an outlet right next to you at all times. And safe to use indoors. No trying to start this up. No having to fill with gas.

Best Portable Power Station I Have Ever Used!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Solix C300X portable power station from Anker is my favorite portable battery box that I have owned. After having my hands on two different ones from two different manufacturers prior to receiving this one, I can honestly say that Anker got it right! The features on this one are second to none! The build quality of this portable power station feels great! Keep in mind, it is pretty heavy as most devices like this one are. The exterior seems well made and will stand up to bumps and short drops. The shoulder strap is seatbelt material and even has a built in bottle opener on it! That was a nice touch! It has a built in light that can be adjusted to multiple brightness levels or set to SOS mode. The screen gives real time information about the amount of power exiting the device while using it or the amount of power coming into the device while charging it! There are multiple USB-C and USB-A ports, as well as a 12 volt port and three 110v plugs. It can be charged via the included charging cable or via solar (solar panels not included). There is a built in fan that helps control the temperature of the device. Anker also has a phone app that allows you to update the device's firmware and monitor the status of the device or edit the settings using your phone. It also shows the devices temperature! This app can connect via Wi-Fi or bluetooth. I do a lot of live streaming for a youth football league. I take this portable power station with me every time and, after live streaming and keeping multiple devices charged/recharged over the course of several hours, this power station still has plenty of juice to keep going! The time it takes to charge this device from a low battery is IMPRESSIVE! It amazes me how quickly it goes from empty to full! Any other battery box I have used took forever to charge, but not this one! During power outages, this small device is very valuable! It can keep cell phones charged, run fans, and even run some small appliances! Having this in your arsenal around the house or on a camping trip is essential! You will not regret your purchase!

Handy accessory to have around
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ive been researching these power stations for a while to determine if i really need one, particularly a larger one for power outages and such. I thought this would give me an idea of what I could use it for on a regular basis to see if I should get a larger one for emergency purposes. So far, I’m very impressed with this device. It’s a little on the heavy side for such a small power station, but the features make it worthwhile. My family and I frequently visit the parks and lakes in our area and I have found it useful for charging phones, tablets and powering a portable radio that we take with us on our trips. I’ve also used this to power cordless drill batteries when I am working on our rental properties and have used the light for areas that I am working in. The light isnt that bright and I would have preferred a daylight brightness setting versus the yellowish tint that this one has, but it will work in a pinch. Ideally, the light is best used for providing some light in a tent or while sitting at the lake at night. Initially, i didnt see the point of having a Bluetooth connection, but I found it to be pretty useful at keeping an eye on the charging and determining power output, battery life and actually turning on the ports without having to manually push the button to turn them on. It also gives the temperature of the device to prevent overheating. You also have an SOS feature for the light which makes it blink on and off to alert others or to help you find your way back to your party. I plan to see if it will power up my refrigerator in case of an outage, but i haven’t done that yet. It will power up a modem so that you can keep access to your WiFi, which would be critical in my household with three active boys. Great accessory and I plan to make good use of it.

Awesome, but more portable than travel friendly.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this unit and most of the Anker products. The only reason i give it 3 stars is because it advertises itself as travel friendly. This is not completely true. They need to change it from travel friendly to very portable. I bought mine to take with me to my travels to europe. Little did i know that you can't take it with you on a comercial flight. It can't go in your luggage or carry on. It can only go on a cargo plane. So it would be nice if they put a warning/disclaimer about this.

Posted .Dear IMGS,
Thank you for sharing your feedback about the Anker SOLIX C300X Portable Power Station. We're thrilled to hear that you love the unit and our products overall. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding regarding its travel-friendly features.
You are absolutely correct that airline regulations restrict batteries over 100Wh from being carried on commercial flights, either in carry-on or checked luggage. We understand how this limitation can impact your travel plans, and we're sorry that this wasn't made clearer in our product information.
We truly appreciate your suggestion and will pass this along to our sales and marketing team. We'll work to add a clear warning or disclaimer on our product page to inform our customers about these restrictions and help them make informed decisions.
Please remember that your Anker SOLIX C300X comes with a 5-year warranty. If you encounter any issues or have questions, we're here to help. EH....
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works great when it works as a UPS. Runs my work station that has a laptop, monitor and modem for a few hours. My 3 star review is because the wifi and ac output shuts down randomly while being used as a UPS. I'm very tech savy at having the unit with all the correct settings. Did all the resets. Tried different outlets. Even took it to my parents house which is on a different power company, power grid, pc and modem. Both places are climate controlled and the wifi and ac outputs shut down randomly. Guess using this unit as a UPS just wont work for me. I unplug the unit to drain the battery every so often and the outputs haven't shut down, yet. Looks like I'll be using this as a portable unit to either charge devices or hold down the canopy at Beaver Stadium.
