It’s known as passive noise-canceling and does have a marginal impact. However, these headphones are let down by just how difficult it is to get them in sync. They ‘fell’ out of sync with the Bluetooth and I have spent three nights trying to get both earbuds connected. I am following the instructions (multiple times) and it just doesn’t work as described. I eventually got the right ear to connect and no matter how many times I reset them, put them in the case, remove them and hold them close to each other, I cannot sync with the left one. It’s infuriating and enough to make me recommend choosing a different product!

Posted .Usually if the issue is a sync issue, we recommend deleting the bluetooth pairing record on your own device (cellphone/tablet/etc..) then turn both devices off, turn back on, and repair like its day one. You should be set from there!

The sound is very good but the charging case is absolutely terrible. It doesn't seem to push the ear buds down onto the contacts which doesn't allow them to charge and auto-connects at random times.

Great wireless earbuds

Being wireless and not having to plug into phone is a plus. The only thing I had to get use to was not being able to turn them off unless I put the earbuds back in the case. I’m learning to adjust quickly.

Unlike the jabra headphones I owned, these actually stay in the case because they use magnets. I did encounter a problem with bluetooth connectivity where it connect but sound would keep coming through my phone. Other than that, the headphones are great!

You need to keep it in place with your hands every 3 mins so it's not truly wirelss. Walking with this is a nightmare. Volume is too low. Only thing good is the battery life.

Posted .We suggest swapping the ear pieces. We send (3) additional earpieces in the box, (S) (M) (L). If the issue you are having is falling out of your ear and volume, please try going up or down in ear piece sizes to see which fits you the best. A snug fitting ear piece will ensure higher volume and a more secure fit into your ear!

Honestly it's pretty neat how they can charge in the case. Paying twice this price for the Apple pods is silly because these are pretty much on par as far as quality and technology goes.

They seem to work better than the phone itself somehow. Call clarity on both ends seems improved. My only issue is that hearing sounds from outside the vehicle are diminished significantly. Not sure any others are any better, Plasede with them overall.
