Pairing Problems

I’ve only been able to use the right earbud ever since. I have never used them both together and that really stinks. I followed the reset steps but apparently I have been unsuccessful. They are very affordable and comfortable and the audio is very good but I’m only basing this off the right earbud. I ruined my Airpods so I switched to these cause I loose earbuds too often and these were a more affordable alternative. Plus they are waterproof. But going from Airpods to these was a poor experience cause I’m still only using one earpod. Apples pairing is so smooth and effortless you it for granted. The responsive ness is not as good. Do I tap hard or do I tap soft. Why is resetting these so complicated that I have not figured it out. These are just as expensive as Airpods cause Ive paid $70 and can only use one. I should of just stuck with apple. Look this is a very good product it’s just my experience has been so poor. Now I see I can’t return em. I just want to pair en together!!!!!!.

Posted .We now have two versions of this item, and the serial number (SN) is located in different places on the different versions. The SN looks something like "SN: ABC123XXX".
- If the serial number is printed inside the charging case, search "h0g9UZIEgJo" on YouTube for detailed steps on how to reset the headphones. Make sure there is a red light flashing 3 times after you hold down the touchpad for 7 seconds.
- If the serial number is printed on the charging cable that came with your earbuds, please search "4rNVJooT1KU" on YouTube to follow the detailed steps to reset the headphones. Make sure there is a red light flashing once when you quickly tap the touchpad on the earbud 4 times, which means the reset was successful.
