One earbud would not charge and was always dying. The company sent another pair free of charge as a replacement, and the same thing happened. One earbud will not take a charge while in the case. Even with the earbuds in the case, and the case charging for an entire day and night, as soon as I take the right one out, it's at low battery and dies. I contacted the company again but they were of little help the 2nd time around. I give these 1 star for the look and fit - they are very comfortable, but useless.

While I'm semi-happy with these on the train to work and around the house, they definitely do not pass the test at the gym. The left side is constantly disconnecting while working out and the audio cutting in and out gets VERY annoying. Audio quality is so-so... for the most part both ear pieces work and the audio is consistent; but then randomly the audio all of a sudden gets a boost and the volume near doubles and the audio almost has an echo. I would not recommend these, probably better to keep shopping and find a better quality wireless headphones.

It was not bad for the money but I was looking for a bit more like Bose in which I told the Staff member that I had before and he said they were close to it. It was not.
