When I try to increase or decrease the volume, one of the phones stop working. Have to make adjustment quite a few times before I get both the sides working. 2. Songs don't pause when I put the headphones back into the case. 3. They claim an excellent voice for calling, I'm super disappointed with that. I would definitely want to return these.
