Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The box did not seem opened, however it must have been a return that was not checked over af all because after I was given my new wireless earbuds as a gift (after the length of time that the return policy allows for returns UNFORTUNATELY!!) there was only ONE SINGULAR earbud in the entire box. It was missing the right earbud. If it was not a return and restocked without being checked, then there was some weird mistake made at the factory that was over looked somehow and made it to the store and sold to me. I have never experienced anything like it on my life, and I have been a life-long patron of BestBuy, having spent a huge portion of my income with this retailer with no other problem whatsoever. This is such a freaky situation. Way too um believable, and I only wish that my Grandmother would have purchased the earbuds sooner to the time she was going to actually gift them to me, however I dont believe she even understand the possibilities of return policies. So, so, so disappointing. I have wanted these earbuds for quite some time.

Worst Headphones I've Ever Used

These are the absolute worst headphones I've ever used, and I'm really not that difficult to please. I'm really upset that Best Buy only has a 15 day return policy, because now I'm stuck with these completely useless pieces of crap.
