Returned to BestBuy and the associate told me they had a ton of them returned for the exact same reason. Make sure you're happy within the extremely short 14 day return window!

The clarity of the call was not the best and may be it was do to the quality of going from the LG's to the Liberties. Bottom line is the call and sound quality is lacking on both ends.

On calls if a train passed or wind blew i was told that they couldn't hear me and even listening to music they often sort of disconnected, it was like hearing it skip(gets annoying) and now the left earbud doesn't receive sound.

Posted .Thanks for you writing. Regarding thr first issue, due to the long distance from the mouth, call quality of Total Wireless Earphone is usually not good. By using the dual-mic noise reduction, Liberty Air could provide much better call quality than most of the TWS on the market. But if the noise is too loud or too close to the user, the noise will still influence the call quality. This is why if a train passed or wind blew, you cannot be heard so clearly.
Regarding the left side issue, we now have two versions of this item, and the serial number (SN) is located in different places on the different versions. The SN looks something like "SN: ABC123XXX".
- If the serial number is printed inside the charging case, search "h0g9UZIEgJo" on YouTube for detailed steps on how to reset the headphones. Make sure there is a red light flashing 3 times after you hold down the touchpad for 7 seconds.
- If the serial number is printed on the charging cable that came with your earbuds, please search "4rNVJooT1KU" on YouTube to follow the detailed steps to reset the headphones. Make sure there is a red light flashing once when you quickly tap the touchpad on the earbud 4 times, which means the reset was successful.
