    One headphone wouldn't pair tried everything I could do to remedy the issue by reseting the headphones but nothing worked

    I use my phone to travel in the car most of time. Other end always said they can hear everything in the background. Noise cancellation was terrible. I returned them.

    Case dies quickly.

    We bought two sets of these about 6 months ago. One for me and one for my husband who uses his almost daily. About 3 months ago his headphones stopped connecting to the case so they wouldn’t charge. He got a new case from the manufacturer about 2 months and it’s already started to not connect to the case again. So his headphones are only lasting about an hour. Mine are starting to have problems with the case as well. Spend the extra money and get a better brand.

Make sure the charging case has enough power (at least two white indicators on the case). Note: after the earbuds are fully charged, the steady white light on the earbuds will shut off. 2. Try to use a terrycloth/cotton swab with a bit of alcohol to clean the contact pins both in the charging case and on earbuds to ensure a better connection.     I like these but the call quality sucks. When I'm outside they can hear everything going on in the background but can barely hear me talk. Will be returning

    I work around a lot of noise and I couldn’t hear out of them and the people on the other end couldn’t hear me. It sounded like I was in some water

    I ended up returning these The sound wasn't that awesome when I used them, and then they kept falling out of my ears no matter what I tried.

      If you decide to give them another shot, please try to use the different size ear tips that come inside to match them up to the best fit for your ear, that will secure a better fit to prevent from falling out. anker

    These ate difficult to sync to phone and tbe sound is mediocre at best. Very tinny sound. While I saved on money, I suffered in quality.

    I traded those earbuds in for Apple earbuds. Now I connect seamlessly to my iPhone and I can control volume and switch songs easily.

    I recently purchased this product fir use with my cell phone for hands free calls and don’t even use it any more. With both earpieces in you cannot hear anything around you very well. If you take one earpiece out they get out of sync with each other and can’t easily resync them. They turn off on their own and can’t turn them back on without plugging them back up to the charging station. Very disappointing.

    The wireless bluetooth earbud was ok until one ear went out. I tried to reconnect the earbud, however it never worked again.

    I bought these for everyday use & when I go running. These did not stay in my ears for long- I would have to readjust the earbuds every three minutes when I would be doing homework or working out. Also, when I would remove the buds to readjust them, they would lose connection with my phone and stop working altogether during a workout and would not re-pair with my phone.

      We suggest swapping the ear pieces. We send extra (S) (M) and (L) ear pieces. Try going up or down in the ear piece sizes to ensure you have the best fit for your ear. Also, try to twist and lock them into your ears, we find that ensures a snug fit! anker

    The guy who recommended these just raved about them! I was worried they would fall out, he said no, I bought them that day and later on that very same day, I put them in and went for my 5 mile power walk. Somewhere one fell out never to be seen again. I paid $130 and had them for a total of 5 hours. Not a good fit at all. What a waste!
