Worst ear buds ever!

I was worried they would fall out, he said no, I bought them that day and later on that very same day, I put them in and went for my 5 mile power walk. Somewhere one fell out never to be seen again. I paid $130 and had them for a total of 5 hours. Not a good fit at all. What a waste!

Posted .Sorry to hear the unpleasant review. The Liberty Air's do come with three different earbud sizes (small, medium, large). Did you try going down in earbud size if they are falling out of your ears?

He had to send the 1st pair back so Best Buy sent him a new pair. These were just as bad. He submitted to return these but never got the confirmation email. after several attempts he gave up. They are in the box sit-in on my shelf collecting dust. A waste of $100 bucks

If the issue still persists, make sure that device is fully up to date with bluetooth. No luck? Call our customer service team (1-800-988-7973) for troubleshooting and warranty claims.
