Fortunately we had the extended warranty, so we eventually just traded them in for a regular bluetooth headphone set.

Terrible sound quality, especially on phone calls

Everyone I've spoken to on the phone with these has requested I switch back to normal phone call. The music sounds tinny, and not great. Returning immediately.

If I wanted to wait for a phone call there was no where to "park" the earbuds that wasn't inconvenient. They may be great for music but they didn't fit my needs.

I choose this product because of the price and the associate at the store told me these were a good alternative over the IPods. I am regretting that I did not buy the IPODS.

Pros - Battery life - Better sound isolation than airpods - Bluetooth 5.0 - I have yet to have a random disconnect Decent mic quality Cons - Micro USB... seriously shocked that these weren't USB-C - Touch controls can be finicky - I wish they got a bit louder
