    I believed the salesman in the store and bought these. They have been a big disappointment; they lose their charge quickly, are difficult to operate and don't stay in my ears. Don't waste your money!

    I bought these in the store in July 2019. The right ear bud stopped working recently. They are useless to me now bc the right ear bud is the one I used predominately for calls.

    Went to go call someone and they couldn’t hear me ! When the box says crystal clear calls . That’s a lie and I was very disappointed

    Awful. Worked until year warranty was up. Now they are “fully charged” and shut off every 20 minutes. Awful product.

    These head phones are extremely horrible. I thought I was getting something worth buying especially spending $80 dollars on the thing. These are a piece of nothing

    Unfortunately this product didn't work for me. The sound quality was poor. I sounded muffled to my callers. The headphones did not fit my ear well.

    They literally broke two days after the 15-day Mark was up for Best Buy to take them back so now we're stuck with $80 airpods that don't even work

    Bought these and the left one didn’t work. Daughter took then back and was told they would not exchange or take back. Very disappointing!

    My family gave me a set of these for Christmas and they did not work. Took back for a refund. After reading reviews Best Buy should not sell this brand.

    My son had these for less than a year and 1 earbud stopped working and can’t get it synced back up. Waste of money

    Left AirPod stopped working after a week and it will not pair with the right air pod. I should have bought Apples AirPod.

    The sound quality was pretty horrible and they are too bulky. Having to constantly charge them is not ideal.
