    The pairing of this product was seamless. I have it currently connected to my Iphone 7 and my Ipad. The sound is pretty good and the levels are great. This a quality product. I wish there was an app that I can choose my on equalizer.

    Purchased these because I wanted a nice pair of wireless earbuds that also had a charging box. Worked great for about 3 1/2 weeks. Now the one earbud won't work for more than 10 minutes, and when it quits, both shut off. The other one works. Unfortunately, when I went to print off the purchase documentation in order to return, I was told I couldn't return them -- the "window" for return was TWO WEEKS after purchase. Seriously? Paid a lot of money for one working earbud...

    I had got these earbuds about a month ago and now they don't connect to each other, I can only connect my right bud. I had tried to restart my phone, disconnected the earbuds, and tried the way they connect like how they say on the box. Nothing worked. If y'all can help me fix this that would be a big help. Thanks.

    Good sound but having issues pairing to my devices and getting both earbuds to work in unison. Not happy with the purchase.

    The earbuds fall out of your ear which is a great inconvenience. There no good to you lost. The noise cancellation isn't that great. While in the diesel with the windows up you can't hear as well and the caller hears the truck and radio louder than me. I rather my Samsung headset that sits on my neck. This doesn't come with many control features either.

    Worked Great for a Day

    They worked great for a day. I was pretty certain I'd finally found earbuds that I liked. Then I tried them again today. The left ear goes in and out. Did the recommended reset twice. Still have the same problem, on 2 different devices. I guess these go back.

    Was excited to get these unfortunately like others I have had constant issues with them staying paired to my device, randomly having the left one cut out and daily have both of them randomly give a static noise and turn off.

    I bought these earbuds primarily to use while watching tv. The product description states that these earbuds have volume control capability, but, to my dismay, they do not. Also, when I paired them to the Bluetooth transmitter on my tv, the sound in the left bud was very low and the sound in the right one was too high. This persisted after three pairing trials. Without any volume control, this unit is worthless to me, so I returned them. I did not use them on my phone or music player, but do not recommend them for use where the sound source does not have the capability to control the volume.

    Suddenly began to disconnect and power off. Reset it/re-paired a few times but it continued to fail. No I’ll have to fight with the company for my money back!

    Not only do the earphones randomly turn off because the "geniuses" who designed these wanted them to be able to turn off even if you accidently touch one of the earbuds, which happens very often since they don't fit well at all. Not to mention the worst of it all, ATROCIOUS sounds quality, everything has static in the background and it gets worse every here and there. I bought it yesterday and now have to go back and exchange.. don't waste your time and STEER CLEAR!!!

      Make sure to swap out the interchangeable ear piece sizes to get the best sound quality. If you're experiencing static it could be due to cross body interference.     I really wanted to like this

    I really wanted to like this. The look was right and the price was right. I went through 3 pairs, and each time the left bud would unpair. and not connect again despite following the sync procedure. Anker support offered to replace, but since I was within a few days, I took each back to Best Buy. Thanks Best Buy.

    Do not bother with these, I had them for 2 weeks and the left earbud stopped working, looked it up online and MANY have the same issue. you will have to return these.
