    I'm not an audiophile, so I want to make that disclaimer before I continue the review. However, I am a voice teacher and classical singer, and I LOVE the sound these produce on classical music. The sound is crystal clear and well-balanced, and when I listen to something (classical or not) with a lot of bass, I am pleased by how clear and full that end of the spectrum is. It took me a bit to figure out what ear piece worked for me, but now that I found the right fit, they are super comfortable and secure, and I rarely deal with any degree of discomfort when wearing for long periods of time. They also provide great call clarity. I notice with both calls and music, it tends to cut out/glitch after you connect to a new music/media source, but then it poses no issues once it does that. The battery life is great, simply put. If you have issues with not connecting once in the charging case, you may need to either adjust the jacket on the earpiece, or plug in the case for about a minute, then unplug it. I was having issues and once I plugged in the case and unplugged, they have charged just fine whether or not the case is plugged in. I LOVE these. Best audio purchase I've made in a while.

    I bought these because I had the money on my BB rewards and wanted to try them because I already have a pair of Anker earbuds that are a bit older. I liked the design until I removed them from the box and realized they went in your ears upside down. I tried all ear bud inserts and they just refused to stay in my ears at all!

    Saved the best for last

    Ok I love these earbuds. No wireless earbuds out there will last you 8hr then provides a charging case for 100hr more. Fits my ear comfortably and sometimes I forget I have them on. Like the other review says it might not feel good for some others but for me...fit perfectly and they don't fall off my ear. Sound is awesome. I've tried them all trust me and these are the best. Best buy probably hates me cause I return so many. No connection problem, no sound problem. And one think I love most about these is that I can listen to the left earbuds with the right ones out when my right ear needs a little breather...but just don't put the right ones on the charger or they will stop the music. Buttons are easy...not like most that will push into your ears and hurt when u push on them. So many I have tried already and I'm glad I found these. I wonder what the second model would be like if they make them. I would definitely buy them.

    While the sale price was great, I just couldn’t get to fit well. The worst part was they broke just a month or so into my ownership. Just stopped pairing with my iPhone. Returned them.

    I purchased these in June 2021 as a gift and after only 3 months of minimal use, they won't hold a charge. Of course I am past my return window so stuck with a useless pair of earbuds.

    These Anker headphones are difficult to sync up and most of the times there are issues with the audio (e.g. delay audio or unsynched audio between left and right audio or muffled audio)

    These are quite literally the worst wireless earbuds you can buy. Incredibly hard to sync left and right ear up and they only work when they want terrible product

      Please try these steps to see if they help resolve the issue or not:
      - Delete the "Soundcore Liberty" in the Bluetooth list of the device you’re connecting to.
      - Take the earbuds out, hold the button on each earbud for 5 seconds until you see a red light, indicating they shut off.
      - Hold the button on each earbud again until the indicator becomes pink and then turns off. Put the earbuds back into the charging case and look for a white light on the earbuds.
      - Take both earbuds out of the charging case and place them near each other. The indicator on the left earbud will flash slowly(breathing-like), while the LED on the right side flashes quickly.
      - Then go to the Bluetooth pairing list on your device and select "Soundcore Liberty" to pair.
