A: I'm not positive what causes this, but I've also experienced the same issue. I believe it happens when one bud is removed from the case while the other is still inside. It only takes a few seconds it seems for this to happen. I've been able to successfully pair mine each time however, and haven't had the issue since noticing this pattern. Follow the these instructions EXACTLY, and you should be able to reconnect them. Place both earbuds into charging case. Remove both earbuds from case, press and hold the earbud buttons on both earbuds for about 5 seconds, until LED indicator flashes red. Press and hold both buttons again for about 8 seconds until LED indicator turns pink. Put earbuds back into charging case, then take them out again. Open the bluetooth list on your device, forget Liberty Earbuds, then connect again.
Q: Can use a single earbud at a time or must you always use both ?
A: You can use a single one. I use a single one most of the time because I use them in an office setting. However, the only catch about using a single earbud is it has to be the right one. This is due to the right earbud is the "primary" earbuds which connects to your phone and or whatever device you'rs using. You can't use the left one without the right one.
Q: Do these earbuds have volume control or do you control the volume from your device?
A: No volume controls, you control volume through device or what I do is double tap the side button to activate Siri and just say "adjust volume to XX%" and siri will just adjust volume
Q: What cable is used to charge the case? USB-C or.....?
A: It uses the micro USB connector, so no USB-C
A: These are amazing in that they last eight hours on a single charge and the case has an additional 100 hours of charge time. The case takes about 2 hours to go from 0 to full, but you don't have to charge it often.
Q: I'm hearing impaired and need above-average volume output. Are these loud?
A: Hi, I find the sound exceptional. The volume is very adequate. You should also increase the volume to the device your connected and it should be plenty loud.
Q: Can you swim with these since they are waterproof?
A: I wouldnt since they are water resistant not water proof!
A: No, they did not fall out, I was able to get between 10 to 15 feet away before they would start breaking up.
