I changed the filament for the first time and the nozzle clogged (I guess you could say that's understandable). Follow instructions to unclog the nozzle and ended up stripping the screws in under 3 turns. I used the included tool kit, followed the guide exactly, and somehow it stripped in 2 turns. VERY disappointed that a product this high in cost would have such an issue this quickly (this happened second day of owning it). Hopefully support is quick to respond and provides a fix, if not I will be returning this and taking my money else where. Excluding this issue I was impressed by the products and had already done a handful of quality prints, but something so basic as not having manufacturing over tighten screws is enough to make me hate this product.

For 700 you can get the P1s witch is miles above this one . But for the 170 i paid for it it has been great to learn on.

Best Buy says I need to reach out to manufacturer and when I reached out to them they say they only warranty when it's purchased from their website. So I am just out of luck with this expensive purchase. I will never buy from Best Buy again.
