Best 3D Printer in it's Class... With Drawbacks
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Over the past decade, 3D printing has come a long way. Long story short, this printer has acquired almost every single necessity a 3D printer needs at roughly 5% of what you would pay just 10 years ago for ≤ these specs. It has everything that makes a 3D printer great; a good sized printing area, a heated bed, a camera with light, monitoring applications, extended material types, it's own slicer software, it's own tool kit and replacement parts... however, it does have its drawbacks. While I've only had experience with one or two flawless printers out of many in my life with 10+ years of experience of using these, some prints will come out competitive with high end printers. Others just make you scratch your head. The only issues I have ran into so far would be with the support layers not bonding or just simply having warped body layers above the support layers. I've honestly never seen that before and apparently not many others have had this issue either. I want to blame AnkerMake's PLA+ Filament, but have not tried others yet. If this is the case, I will certainly update this review to 5-Stars after trying other brands. Overall, I wholeheartedly believe that this printer is the best bang for your buck. I find it less aggerating than others on the market in this class (Creality) with printing issues and maintenance. I recommend this product to anyone looking to print personal projects.

Plug and play printer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While I've been around printers, this is the first that I have actually owned an used. We received this printer around the same time as we assisted with setup and tuning of 3 Ender printers. Compared to those printers, this was extremely easy and very plug and play. While their slicer is still a work in progress, it has been the most consistent for me when printing. I have not gotten the Prusa or Cura Slicer dialed in yet for as seamless of prints.

Quick and easy Setup and Use
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m a KickStarter backer of this product. It came out of the box and setup was completed in less than 30 minutes. I downloaded the Ankermaker software and several 3D file of things I wanted to print. The jobs printed quickly and cleanly. The Ankermake Slicer did an amazing job.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Switched from another well known cheaper brand printer that was nothing but problems....the Anker is a beast!!! It just works. Been running almost constantly since i got it. Only issues were operator error!! Most likely going to get another...

Need better service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For what this printer cost I really felt like I would have a 3d printer that would last and that service would be top tier but I have roughly 250 hours on this 3d printer and sounds like the y axis motor is going out the motherboard fan has gone out and I have emailed AnkerMake and they replied but when you tell them what’s going on they don’t do anything about it you can’t find parts for this printer I would almost say go with a ender3 I have one of them that I have had for 5 years and it still works great I gave this printer 2 stars because it is an amazingly fast printer and very good prints but service and parts suck and at this point not even sure how long it will last

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I pur hased 6 of these. AI never worked, having more than 2 machines networked on one computer causes issues with the software slicer, 4 ma hines on one network and the slicer will not even open. I returned one machine today because it just will jot send filiment through, yes i replaced the nozzel. Support is slow to the game on. Email and ask more confusing questions answer, queation i dont even understand, theres one more im teying to get peinti g properly or im returning that one as well. Im going to try other brands for sure

Not happy with AnkerMake
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the M5C model on sale just prior to Christmas and I've spent these last months trying to get the machine working. BestBuy told me don't bother trying to bring it back to them after a short amount of time and the manufacturer is refusing credit or replacement of any kind. They keep asking me to send 'logs'. I've already replaced a part on it which they did send, but unfortunately has done no good. I was looking forward to printing 3D but have still not gotten to do any printing.
