    Did lots of research on sous vide products. This was not the cheapest, but definitely love it! A carnivore dieter's must have-- it makes "less-than" cuts of cheap chuck seem ribeye tender, so saves money. You will need a large pot or other container to hold meat and machine in the "bath".

    My wife and I bought one for me 6months or so ago, and we LOVE it. It's not for the everyday type of cooking, but we love it for our Steaks and all types of chicken cooking. We get a controlled cook all the way though to the doneness we want and then sear the outside for the Look we want. Loved it so much we bought 3 for gifts.
