    This is our first sous vide. It was simple to set up, use, and clean. It cooked the steaks to temp.

    If your a carnivore you need this tool! Especially if you love your steaks and miss the high quality steaks that you enjoyed at your favorite high end steakhouse due to the lockdown from COVID-19. You can beat steaks cooked this way and you will never go back to that trusted Weber grill because there is just no comparison between a grilled steak and one that's been cooked on an ANOVA and seared on a cast iron pan.

    Did lots of research on sous vide products. This was not the cheapest, but definitely love it! A carnivore dieter's must have-- it makes "less-than" cuts of cheap chuck seem ribeye tender, so saves money. You will need a large pot or other container to hold meat and machine in the "bath".
