Nice item but it went out without warning. I used this to cook a whole brisket and plenty of steaks

I've so far made egg bites and cooked steak worthy of what I get in restaurants. Meanwhile I'm terrible cool normally...Sous Vide is worth the money

I heard many great things about the anova sous vide, so took a chance and purchased one and loved it ever since. It makes cooking that much better.

This is useful for people who like their steaks between medium rare and medium. A quick searing on both sides of the steak, and you have a perfectly juicy piece of meat. The free app is handy for getting a visual on doneness of your desired meat.

It’s a great product and easy to use. My issue is that I ordered it online and it came on time however the product was obviously used and put back in the box as there was dog/cat hair inside the box. The seal to the box was thrown in there and the cord wasn’t wrapped up. I find it disgusting that Best Buy would sell a cooking product in that condition. It’s unsanitary! It was nothing but hassles dealing with their online customer service. They did send out another one but I was inconvenienced because I had to wait again for the item to be delivered. Best Buy also sent the second item out requiring a signature which I ended up having to go to a UPS facility to pick it up. I spend a lot of money in that store and I can honestly say that I may no longer shop there because of this experience.

My first Sous Vide and works perfectly! So easy to use and the app is just as easy. I would recommend for first time users.

I have only used this a few times for steaks. They were done perfectly. The only downside is how you finish off the cooking; torch, iron skillet or hot grill. The finish makes a big difference. My luck with a culinary torch has been so-so.

Easy to use right out of the box. Minimal setup time and you are ready to cook. Definitely worth the extra for the Wi-Fi version.
