We have been wanting a soup vide cooker for quite a while and finally decided to take the plunge with this very affordable option. Fish and steak are PHENOMENAL cooked this way and finished with a quick seat in the pan. I am looking forward to perfectly poached eggs, mini cakes and so many other cooking options. Recipes abound on the website and the connectivity functions with the device make it even more worthwhile.

Although I will not use my Anova everyday, it does get used. I like how easy it is to use. So far everything has come out delicious.

This Sous vide has changed my life! I know that sounds drastic, but it is true. I was always hesitant to cook chicken for fear of undercooking and when I did cook it, I over cooked it. With the Anova, that fear is gone and I’m cooking chicken like never before! Thus, I’m eating healthier and less expensively (compared to going out). Steaks are good too, though I didn’t have as much of a cooking issue with them. Highly recommend.

I liked that the cooker keeps a constant temperature and makes it very hard to overlook your food. Smart phone connectivity adds timer function but for the most you can just control it from the cooker
