While I've only tried a few food items, I can honestly say I am impressed. The steaks were melt in your mouth tender with a minimal amount of finishing with a culinary torch. I would recommend this item especially for apartment dwellers whom in most places cannot grill.

Perfect meals

It works perfectly, and I don't have to rely on an app to operate it. Just set the temp and let it circulate to the temp set, drop in the sealed bag and wait for the appropriate amount of time. I have done steaks, chops etc. Perfect internal temp every time. Just finish the meat in a hot pan with oil and butter and done! Highly recommend the Anova with wifi.
