Totally unnecessary, but an amazing kitchen gadget

You will never overcook a piece of meat again thanks to this gadget. The only drawback is the time it takes to cook things, but unless we can change the laws of physics, this method will always be slower than others. If you plan ahead, this will serve you well and help create delicious dishes.

Has worked flawlessly so far for pork loin, chicken breasts, shrimp, and bacon. Great interface via iPhone app and interface on the unit itself. No connectivity problems over either wifi or Bluetooth. It is exactly what it's supposed to be. My only issue is that I bought mine 3 weeks before the new 900 watt model came out. Oh well, it's still fantastic.
