Very Good HDTV Antenna

Maybe it is my location or set-up? Not sure, but I suggest doing a lot of research before buying.

Placing an antenna in the right location is the key to getting better signals. If you placed the antenna on the floor, for instance, the signals may not have been presented or low to the floor. For indoor purposes, even an indoor/outdoor antenna needs to be up high. Towers are 1500 feet up in the air. Most of those signals are not pointing down, so we ALWAYS recommend placing the antenna up as high as possible to achieve the best signal reception. We recommend chatting with our tech support team online at https://www.antennasdirect.com, and they will perform a free signal analysis of your area, they will also have tips on how to improve reception while facing certain obstacles. Posted .You may have something blocking the signals. Try placing the antenna up higher and then scan for channels again.

There is a large tree outside of my apartment building, but I’m at upper level of the building and I was expecting somewhat better results with this antenna... Used it to scan few times and couldn’t come nowhere close to the number of channels I’ve got with my “window leaf” antenna, which can have very unstable reception when there are little stronger windy conditions and branches of the mentioned tree start moving. Like I said, I didn’t try it outdoor. I did return it this time but, based on a positive reviews I may give it another try, once I move to a different address.

Hot spot was the final outcom. All is well.
