The antennae is high on the roof and still not receiving any channels. I called the help line for product and they said to point it in the direction that I want to receive channel. Have tried north ,south, east and west and still not getting anything.

Posted .Try our app, Antenna Point, it will show a map of your area and where all the towers are located, then you can properly aim your antenna towards the largest cluster of towers. The ClearStream 2MAX has a wide beam angle of 60 degrees. Remember you must scan for channels at every location you place your antenna. Please call us again if you continue to have issues.

If you have not already returned the 2MAX, please give our Customer Care Team a call at 877-825-5572. They will have tips on different mounting and placement options to eliminate the need to frequently adjust the antenna. They can also perform an analysis of your location to be sure you are receiving all the available channels in your area. We are available 7 days a week to help and look forward to hearing from you.
