I installed this antenna with a very easy set up and it work very well. However the next day the stations that came in perfectly did not come in. A little frustrating but I will try to reposition and give it another go since it worked like a charm before.

I assumed the expensive price was valid if the antenna did its job, but unfortunately it was not better than the cheap rabbit ears I had already been using. Also, for the price that I paid for this antenna I was shocked that it was not outfitted with a cable. For this reason I am taking away another rating star. I returned the antenna and bought a 20 foot cable so I could put my rabbit ears in the window of the room where the television is. BTW, this was the recommended place for the Clear Stream Antenna. Rabbit ears fit so much better and my neighbors don't think I am trying to reach Mars by the sight of the Clear Stream antenna in my window.

Posted .Hi Beth, we do not include coaxial cable in the box for a reason. Every installation is not the same, so providing a standard cable length wouldn't help everyone and we do not want people to pay for something they might night use. We clearly state on our packaging that coaxial cable is not included. Best Buy provides a list of what is included in the antenna box. Sorry for the inconvenience.

It does not affect cable . I really think they just want a person to buy into cable companies. I am adjusting to what I can get using what I purchased, Do not to spend more money again. Channel 11 and others do not come in at all. Says no signal.

After talking to the station engineer, we learned that they broadcast on VHF, whereas tje others use UHF! This was a reasonably priced antenna that accepts both VHF and UHF and has a low profile, acceptable withour HOA. Now we get all the local stations!
