Solid Reception
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Installed on the 2nd floor outdoors in a tough signal area due to the Niagara County escarpment - Excellent results, pulling in all local over the air channels, including Canadian stations!

Fairly good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don’t live too far from the broadcasting centers and I only get a few of the streaming channels. I have set my antenna behind my tv and up high. I think if I were able to place it in the attic, I would be getting better reception. I only watch one news outlet, so it works for me. Kind of a bulky design, but if it gets better signal after moving it I will be happy.

Good if you get the sale price
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works OK, I do live in the sticks so maybe that's why it can be a bit of an issue? I've adjusted the angle every which way.

Easy to install
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Though this item claims it has a 60 mile range I have found that even with a signal booster amplifier it still cannot pickup CBS and NBC in the LA market.

Posted .Hello, we are sorry to hear you did not have a great experience with our ClearStream 2MAX. There are various reasons that could be causing interference with the TV signals, such as other electronics in your living space or where the towers are located could be on the opposite side of your home. Also, sometimes the signal is not even present in your living space. Therefore, we always recommend installing the antenna up as high as possible in a room or outdoors. We also have a free app called Antenna Point you can download to your iOS or Android phone. Once you download, the app will identify your location. You will see the towers in the surrounding area, so you aim the antenna in the right direction to pick up the TV signals. If you have not already returned the product and this does not help, please give our tech support team a call at 877-825-5572 and they will perform a FREE signal analysis, this will better assist them in pinpointing what the problem may be. We appreciate your purchase and honest feedback.

Didn't Get WFAA
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The main reason we purchased this antenna was to get WFAA in the Dallas area. WFAA or ABC runs on a different signal than most antennas offer. We are about 30 miles from the station but were unable to receive the signal. We ended up getting a different attic antenna the GE Pro Outdoor antenna and put it in the attic. Now we have all of the local channels at half the cost of this ClearStream antenna.

Not happy
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We purchased this due to the sales person highly recommended it. While this works, but not as good as another less expensive indoor brand. We tried three roof locations. Two attic locations. Received only 3 stations, sometimes 7. Moved it inside to our living room wall. We receive 33 stations, however I have to move it from wall to wall to sitting it almost on the floor to get different stations. I have the majority of stations within 5 mile radius, except one is 60. I do not get the one 60 miles away with this, but do with a cheaper indoor antenna. We also tried to use this at our cabin, but nothing came in. I tried the website they give, but it doesn't matter, when I put this on the roof. I suggest using the FCC website to get locations of the towers. That helped us. This is too bulky, to be moving it around is not practical. Too late to return, due to just now cord cutting 9 months after purchase.

Terrible reception
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We have been using this antenna for at least 6 months now. It the most temperamental antenna I have ever owned. Weather conditions must be near perfect in order to get so so reception. If the is any wind, rain or snow forget about it, the reception will fade in and out or be completely lost. Save you money and get a different antenna.
