    Didn't work

I bought this antenna for better reception on HDTV channel in my area but it gave me a weak signal. I have another cheaper version on HDTV indoor antenna that work way better than this. Also tried in balcony. Same result. Distance to transmitter station is 10 miles less than what this antenna clam. The design for VHF folding bar is very poor and loose and useless. My expectation from spending over $50 dollars for indoor antenna wasn't satisfied. Don't buy it.

Glad to get quite a few local broadcasts with it. Well worth the money one-time, so I don't have to get cable and pay continual fees.

Works OK, I do live in the sticks so maybe that's why it can be a bit of an issue? I've adjusted the angle every which way.

Picks up distant channels well inside on top of table. However, the table mount is a little unstable. The antenna is too top heavy for the base.

Don't mess with those flat panel antennas. If you want channels 2 - 13 u need an antenna with poles. Check out Antenna Man on YouTube. He does a great job explaining why.

    Didn't Get WFAA

The main reason we purchased this antenna was to get WFAA in the Dallas area. WFAA or ABC runs on a different signal than most antennas offer. We are about 30 miles from the station but were unable to receive the signal. We ended up getting a different attic antenna the GE Pro Outdoor antenna and put it in the attic. Now we have all of the local channels at half the cost of this ClearStream antenna.

I don’t live too far from the broadcasting centers and I only get a few of the streaming channels. I have set my antenna behind my tv and up high. I think if I were able to place it in the attic, I would be getting better reception. I only watch one news outlet, so it works for me. Kind of a bulky design, but if it gets better signal after moving it I will be happy.

Doesn't pick up major channels from my location (i.e., channel 7) Go figure. It also looks so cumbersome in the room and has to be tilted to catch any signals (therefore may look horrible)

Hello Sharon! We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. With the ClearStream 2MAX, most people tend to place the antenna on the floor. The towers are 1500 feet up in the air, so the higher you can get your antenna the better. Also, you always need to rescan the TV for channels when you move the antenna. This could take a few attempts. If this doesn’t work for you, please contact our support team so they can make a recommendation for the right antenna for your location. They’ll need a little more information from you to perform a free signal analysis. 1-877-825-5572. We are here 7 days a week to help! antennasdirect

Though this item claims it has a 60 mile range I have found that even with a signal booster amplifier it still cannot pickup CBS and NBC in the LA market.

We purchased this due to the sales person highly recommended it. While this works, but not as good as another less expensive indoor brand. We tried three roof locations. Two attic locations. Received only 3 stations, sometimes 7. Moved it inside to our living room wall. We receive 33 stations, however I have to move it from wall to wall to sitting it almost on the floor to get different stations. I have the majority of stations within 5 mile radius, except one is 60. I do not get the one 60 miles away with this, but do with a cheaper indoor antenna. We also tried to use this at our cabin, but nothing came in. I tried the website they give, but it doesn't matter, when I put this on the roof. I suggest using the FCC website to get locations of the towers. That helped us. This is too bulky, to be moving it around is not practical. Too late to return, due to just now cord cutting 9 months after purchase.

Greetings! We are sorry to hear you have not had the greatest experience with our ClearStream 2MAX. There are various reasons that could be causing interference with the TV signals, such as other electronics in your living space or where the towers are located could be on the opposite side of your home. Also, sometimes the signal is not even present in your living space. Therefore, we always recommend installing the antenna up as high as possible in a room or outdoors. We also have a free app called Antenna Point you can download to your iOS or Android phone. Once you download, the app will identify your location. You will see the towers in the surrounding area, so you aim the antenna in the right direction to pick up the TV signals. If this does not help, please give our tech support team a call at 877-825-5572 and they will perform a FREE signal analysis, this will better assist them in pinpointing what the problem may be. We appreciate your purchase and feedback. antennasdirect
