Greetings! We are sorry to hear you have not had the greatest experience with our ClearStream 2MAX. There are various reasons that could be causing interference with the TV signals, such as other electronics in your living space or where the towers are located could be on the opposite side of your home. Also, sometimes the signal is not even present in your living space. Therefore, we always recommend installing the antenna up as high as possible in a room or outdoors. We also have a free app called Antenna Point you can download to your iOS or Android phone. Once you download, the app will identify your location. You will see the towers in the surrounding area, so you aim the antenna in the right direction to pick up the TV signals. If this does not help, please give our tech support team a call at 877-825-5572 and they will perform a FREE signal analysis, this will better assist them in pinpointing what the problem may be. Hello Sharon! We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. With the ClearStream 2MAX, most people tend to place the antenna on the floor. The towers are 1500 feet up in the air, so the higher you can get your antenna the better. Also, you always need to rescan the TV for channels when you move the antenna. This could take a few attempts. If this doesn’t work for you, please contact our support team so they can make a recommendation for the right antenna for your location. Greeting from Antennas Direct! Try placing the antenna up higher as trees and buildings can block the TV signals. You will also need to face the antenna towards the largest cluster of towers in your area. You may need to move the antenna to several locations to find the best reception. Remember to rescan for channels at every location you place the antenna before permanently attaching the antenna to any surface. You will be able to see where the towers are located, the number of TV channels available in your area, and the distance from your home to each tower.
