Doesn’t come with a coax cable so it kinda sucks I had to buy one just to see if it worked for us. The picture wasn’t clear for any of the channels. It was so odd one channel worked when I placed the antenna on the floor. Ended up buying a $20 insignia that actually picked up a lot of channels right away.

If you want to maximize the amount of channels you get it should be placed outside. But inside will work for a bunch of channels

Ditched Cable TV

While I live in a Chicago suburb, over air reception in my area is simply poor. So, when I saw a good sale, I exchanged this for the 4XMax. For an antenna, I generally think bigger is better. But the quality is this line is excellent; better than the old "rabbit ears."

There are a wide variety of reasons that could be causing interference with the TV signals, such as other electronics in your living space or where the towers are located could be on the opposite side of your home. Also, with the 2MAX, most people tend to place the antenna closer to the floor. The towers are 1500 feet up in the air, so the higher you can get your antenna the better. If you have not already returned the product, we can help! We recommend calling our tech support team at 877-825-5572, and they will perform a free detailed signal analysis of your location.
