Unless you are in an isolated area where the broadcast towers are further away than 60+ miles, you should not have any issues receiving broadcast channels. Please remember you must scan the TV for channels in your menu options. Does Not Work - Flimsy Stand

Not sure how this antenna performs outdoor but horrible antenna for indoor use. After 5 hours of rescanning and speaking with Antennas Direct, received only 3 channels. The older antenna received 23 channels. The base of the ClearStream for indoor use is very flimsy and very difficult to stand on its own. It happens but the worst was returning the antenna to Best Buy. I am aware of their 15 day return policy as I have been caught before in this horrible policy. I purchased the antenna online and FedEx delivered 2 days later. Upon return, the Best Buy rep immediately started telling me I was past the return policy date by 2 days - she didn't check or ask when I received the antenna. Not to mention the roads and Best Buy were closed due to the ice storm that week. I asked for a manager and he refunded the item. I previously shopped all the time at Best Buy but their customer service is getting worse and not worth the hassles.
