We only get a few channels and only channel 10 comes in clearly. I assumed it was wireless, if it could go on your roof, but that is not the case. We also don't want to put in our living room window, as we would have to get an incredibly long coaxial cable to run along the walls to the window.

Posted .The reception will depend on the location of your home, the tower locations, and other variables like obstructions outdoors (trees and buildings) that would interfere with signals reaching the antenna.Not everyone needs to place in a window or on their roof, however the best place for a antenna is on the roof as you will get a clear line-of-sight to the towers.

The package arrived on time and was well packed. After getting into the shipping box I was concerned the store box had been abused a little. Not a big surprise. The tape seal appeared intact but when I opened the box, it appeared the box had been invaded before but looked intact. I hooked the antenna up per the instructions and got nothing on the TV. The TY indicated no device attached. I went to another TV, same results. Examining the cable connection, it appeared somewhat weak. I then tried mounting the antenna which required taking loose part of the array. After assembly while holding the antenna I briefly got a signal to the TV, moving and rotating around I got intermittent connection and still no channels. I haven't contacted anyone about the problem, frankly I don't expect much and don't consider it worth the effort. Chalk it up as a lesson learned

Posted .Please scan the TV for channels. If you are still not receiving signals, it may be where you have the antenna located in your home. You can call us 7 days a week at 877-825-5572 and we can evaluate your home location and give you some guidance on the best place to install the antenna. You can also download our FREE app called Antenna Point that allows you to see the towers around your home. The front of the antenna should be aimed towards those towers, then you need to perform a channel scan on your TV.

But, no such luck. We tried numerous locations and ultimately got 3 channels while on the roof, but they buffered and did not hold. We are not out in the country so not sure what the issue was.

Works ok but could be better

Posted .It is possible for the antenna to be outside the range, or it may be where you installed the antenna. Check our transmitter locater to see where the towers are and the number of channels you will receive: https://www.antennasdirect.com/transmitter-locator.html. Please make sure you scan for channels using your TVs remote. It is also recommended that you move the antenna to several locations and rescan the TV for channels. Not anywhere near as good as they claim it to be.

Spent more for this model thinking it would receive the signal better and maintain connection on the main channels however, it is only slightly better.
