There are various reasons that could be causing interference with the TV signals, such as other electronics in your living space or where the towers are located could be on the opposite side of your home. Also, sometimes the signal is not even present in your living space. Therefore, we always recommend installing the antenna up as high as possible in a room or outdoors. We also have a free app called Antenna Point you can download to your iOS or Android phone. Once you download, the app will identify your location. You will see the towers in the surrounding area, so you aim the antenna in the right direction to pick up the TV signals. Posted .Check out our AntennaPoint app to ensure you are facing the antenna towards the largest cluster of towers. This will also show you how many TV stations you should be receiving in your area. Please make sure that you scan for channels on your TV. This is a very powerful antenna, but if you do not scan for channels you will not receive any signals. Posted .Something doesn't seem right... our antennas have the best success rate of receiving all the available signals - you can download our free Antenna Point app to see all the towers in your area. You should only need to aim the antenna towards the largest cluster of towers. Make sure you scan for channels every time you move the antenna or you'll have break ups on the signal. Unless you are in an isolated area where the broadcast towers are further away than 60+ miles, it is surprising your didn't receive any channels. Please remember you must scan the TV for channels in your menu options. The antenna looks good, feels well made and is easy to install, however. it's performance was very disappointing.

Posted .Sorry for the inconvenience. After you installed the antenna, we hope you rescanned your TV for channels using your remote! If you had another antenna installed, your TV tuner will lock in on some strong signals, so it is absolutely necessary to scan the TV for channels.

The towers are 1500 feet up in the air, so the higher you can get your antenna the better. Also, you always need to rescan the TV for channels when you move the antenna. This could take a few attempts. If this doesn’t work for you, please contact our support team so they can make a recommendation for the right antenna for your location. The connection between the cord and the unit does not allow for a stable base for the unit to sit on. I live close to a TV tower and the airport and the signal fades when planes fly by. If the wind is blowing the reception is bad. Overall not the best unit but for technology this old who knows maybe there is nothing u can do.

"ONLY ONE TV out of three" gets ABC, NBC, CBS and FOX. The whole reason for my purchasing this "whole house antenna" was because I was told by Best Buy Sales Personnel that I would definitely get all of the local channels on my TV's. The installers do not think a booster will make a difference.
