I find it better than the Mohu brand I bought before. I find it to be very sensitive to slight movements and that moving the connecting cable can effect the reception as well. I use it as an indoor antenna, it may do better outside.

Posted .If possible, place the antenna up higher - possibly on a high shelf on bookcase and ten scan your TV for channels and see if that helps with reception. We tried to install it at a different setting thinking maybe it was were we originally tried and didn’t even get to see one single channel. Then we tried to take it back and they wouldn’t accept it. I tried contacting the brand directly and they only apologized but didn’t help. Do not waste your money on this worthless product.

There are various reasons that could be causing interference with the TV signals, such as other electronics in your living space or where the towers are located could be on the opposite side of your home. Also, sometimes the signal is not even present in your living space. Therefore, we always recommend installing the antenna up as high as possible in a room or outdoors, or in a window if the other placements are not an option. We also have a free app called Antenna Point you can download to your iOS or Android phone. Once you download, the app will identify your location. You will see the towers in the surrounding area, so you aim the antenna in the right direction to pick up the TV signals. If you have not already returned the product and this does not help, please give our tech support team a call at 877-825-5572 and they will perform a FREE signal analysis, this will better assist them in pinpointing what the problem may be. We appreciate your purchase and feedback.
Not the right thing for me

I did not get much difference in my area with this antenna. I was just using this inside of the middle of the house. It may do better if you set it up outside, It comes with the necessary hardware for it.

The higher you can get the antenna, the better the signals will be received to your antenna. You can download our FREE app called Antenna Point from iTunes or Google Play or visit our website using the following link https://www.antennasdirect.com/transmitter-locator.html. You will be able to see which way to aim the antenna towards the towers - even in your attic or on the roof. Remember once you find the towers, aim the antenna correctly, you will need to rescan for channels on your TV. Posted .There are other ways to use an antenna with a TV when your TV doesn't have a tuner. You can purchase a converter box - connect the converter box to your TV via composite cables and then connect the antenna to the converter box.

Posted .Greetings! We do not include coaxial cable in the box for a reason. Every installation is not the same, so providing a standard cable length wouldn't help everyone and we do not want people to pay for something they might not use. We clearly state on our packaging that coaxial cable is not included. Best Buy provides a list of what is included in the antenna box. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Posted .You need to scan for channels once you connect the antenna to the TV. Please download our free app Antenna Point to see where the broadcast towers are located, and then face the front of the antenna towards the largest cluster of towers to receive the signals. If you move the antenna, rescan the TV for channels.
