If you have not already returned the 2MAX, please give our Customer Care Team a call at 877-825-5572. They will have tips on different mounting and placement options to eliminate the need to frequently adjust the antenna. They can also perform an analysis of your location to be sure you are receiving all the available channels in your area. We are available 7 days a week to help and look forward to hearing from you.
Disappoint on number of channels

Used Best Buys information on broadcast towers and locations from my house. Followed, in detail, the steps to test the channels before installation. Installed the antenna higher than I had tested it. I only get 2 different local channels. Not 20 like they stated. Then I called the store and spoke with the Geek squad and they were of no help. They claim they only get two channels at the store.
