Have it split to a shield and a fire recast that controls 3 additional TV's. This antenna reaches everywhere in my house with no weak channels, lags, or drops.

The antennae is high on the roof and still not receiving any channels. I called the help line for product and they said to point it in the direction that I want to receive channel. Have tried north ,south, east and west and still not getting anything.

Posted .Try our app, Antenna Point, it will show a map of your area and where all the towers are located, then you can properly aim your antenna towards the largest cluster of towers. The ClearStream 2MAX has a wide beam angle of 60 degrees. Remember you must scan for channels at every location you place your antenna. Please call us again if you continue to have issues.
