We NEED a truly OMNI-directional model because most of the channels come from a narrow area in ONE direction, we have broadcast antenna N, W and S of them Also noticed other reviews commenting on the style of this model and agree it is not weighted properly - TOP heavy - nor designed for wall mounting unless your walls happen to face the right direction We weren't able to get any more channels we unload this one on someone else and sticking to a previous model Recommend - DEPENDS, we were told in the beginning to try different models to find the RIGHT one and tell others the same

When I connected it, he immediately said " WOW the picture is so much better". The drop outs are now rare on his favorite channels plus he can pick up more channels.
