I purchased an outdoor umbrella stand, then set it up outside my van. I go to the same spot every weekend, and set up the antenna facing the same way. The first two weekends were great. I was able to pick up over sixty channels. But on the third weekend I was only able to pick up nine; only one of them local. I spoke with an associate at Best Buy and they suggested that there might have been a problem because of the weather, so on the fourth weekend I brought with the my Mohu Leaf Antenna, which I was replacing with the Clear Stream. I set up the Clear Stream and, again, it only picked up about nine channels. I switched out to the Mohu and was able to pick up almost sixty channels. So I switched back to the Clear Stream and this time it only picked up seven channels. I will be returning the Clear Stream.

I live about 50 miles from nearest transmitting stations but terrain is hilly so did not pick up any stations even from very peak of my roof. Gave to my son, he lives much closer(about 20 miles) and he is able to receive several stations

I purchased this one in hopes of getting CBS which is just 50 miles away and it did not pick it up so I returned the product..

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We are able to receive a maximum of 21 channels (ranges from 13-21 depending upon where mounted and direction pointed) when mounted on the top of a 15' pole in a cleared area. A few channels are "general watching" channels, but many are shopping networks, religious networks, and government channels. I supposed it depends on what you are looking to watch. We are going to work on finding ways to boost the signal.

Once you download, the app will identify your location. You will see the towers in the surrounding area, so you aim the antenna in the right direction to pick up the TV signals. If you have not already returned the product and this does not help, please give our tech support team a call at 877-825-5572 and they will perform a FREE detailed signal analysis of your location, this will better assist them in pinpointing what the problem may be.
