It was simple to assemble and connect. wish we had a signal as tired of cable

You can also download our FREE app Antenna Point to help you aim the antenna in the direction of the broadcast towers. It's really all about finding signals sweet spot and sometimes it just takes a few tries. Also, remember when moving the antenna, you need to scan for channels on your TV - every time you move it. I purchased a $20 exterior antenna 2 years ago as we rarely used it. Fast forward to now, we've been using it a lot more so I decided to purchase a really nice one and got this. $20 antenna gets 35 channels. This junk got 5. Will be returning. Very disappointed as it is rated high in several places.

Posted .Hi DonS, we really do appreciate your feedback. Sorry the ClearStream 4MAX HDTV antenna didn't work out for you. We hope that once you hooked up the new antenna that you rescanned your TV for channels. When removing an existing antenna, the TV tuner locks in on those frequencies. When you connect a new TV antenna it is important to rescan the TV for channels. Thank you.
