I have friends with RCA flat antennas that are on the floor under the tv stand and they get perfect reception. I’ve put this IN the window, NEAR, the window, OUTSIDE the front door…total waste of money.

We do have a free app called Antenna Point you can download to your iOS or Android phone, to help aim towards the broadcast towers. Once you download, the app will identify your location. You will see the towers in the surrounding area, so you aim the antenna in the right direction to pick up the TV signals. If you have not already returned the product and this does not help, please give our tech support team a call at 877-825-5572 and they will perform a FREE signal analysis, this will better assist them in pinpointing what the problem may be. We appreciate your purchase and feedback.

Continuous lost connection about every 1 minute and multiple errors like no video support etc even tho I purchased a brand new Samsung 43" smart tv at the same time. Total waste of money and very short period to return. Never buying again.

Still cannot get some stations

I should say this is a VHF channel, but even with an amplifier, I cannot get it.

Put it outside on the sidewalk, same 8 channels. Put it in the attic, same 8 channels. I plan on trying the top of the chimney when I can, but given that the chimney isn't very tall I don't expect much.

We are only 30 miles from most of the broadcasting companies . We moved it outside, luckily we have a newer house and were able to run the cable through the walls, and it picked up many channels this way. The problem is when it rains we lose the signal.

Exceeds our expectations

We are picking up thirty plus channels and the antenna is only 9 to 10 feet in the air. We use a splitter and share the antenna with 3 tv’s. Beautiful high Definition pictures as the result of the sugnals it brings into our home.

Posted .Hi Donald! Thank you for your purchase of our ClearStream 4MAX. We apologize for any trouble you may be having locating channels. Placing an antenna in the right location is the key to getting better signals. If you placed the antenna on the floor, for instance, the signals may not have been presented or low to the floor. For indoor purposes, even an indoor/outdoor antenna needs to be up high. Towers are 1500 feet up in the air. Most of those signals are not pointing down, so we always recommend placing the antenna up as high as possible to achieve the best signal reception.
