Used company website to choose antenna. I live on one of the highest hills in my city. Antenna is on 25 foot grounded pole on a block with all single story buildings in line of sight. Added recommended signal booster of the same brand "Juice" no improvement.

Very disappointed that I was given a 159.00 gift card back instead of a credit on my credit card due to being 1 day late! Will think twice about shopping at Best Buy once this gift card is spent!

When living near an airport you can encounter signal problems when the broadcast signal bounces off the moving aircraft and arrives slightly out of time with the desired signal. It’s up to the tuner to try to sort out the problem but, many times, the tuner can’t handle the distorted signal. This is when you see the loss of your digital broadcast. If you give us a call at 877-825-5572, we will have tips on how to improve your signal while facing certain obstacles such as these.

Posted .Hi LisaC! Thank you for your purchase and honest feedback of our ClearStream 4MAX. We apologize for any trouble you may be having locating channels. Placing an antenna in the right location is the key to getting better signals. If you placed the antenna on the floor, for instance, the signals may not have been presented or low to the floor. For indoor purposes, even an indoor/outdoor antenna needs to be up high. Towers are 1500 feet up in the air. Most of those signals are not pointing down, so we always recommend placing the antenna up as high as possible to achieve the best signal reception. If these tips do not work, please call our tech support team at 877-825-5572, and they will perform a FREE home signal analysis to help determine what the issue could be.
