I do really think I did waste my money on this antena. Too bad I didn't have time to set it up after a month of purchase and couldn't return it for the 30 days policy. So, zero star. I would really tell someone not to buy this item, didn’t work on my 4k time 7 series I bought.

If you placed the antenna on the floor, for instance, the signals may not have been presented or low to the floor. For indoor purposes, even an indoor/outdoor antenna needs to be up high. Towers are 1500 feet up in the air. Most of those signals are not pointing down, so we ALWAYS recommend placing the antenna up as high as possible to achieve the best signal reception. Best buy told me that would probably happen with where I live and had no problems returning it for a refund.

Posted .Hi Dean! Thank you for your purchase and feedback of our ClearStream 4MAX HDTV Antenna. The curvature of the Earth will block most over-the-air broadcast signals at roughly 70 miles. According to the current laws of physics, it is generally impossible to deliver a range greater than that with a TV antenna. While you may receive signals from farther away in absolutely ideal conditions (a home atop a hill whose broadcast towers are directly on top of another hill with a clear shot between the two and absolutely no obstacles) or you’re inclined to engineer a unique (and probably dangerously tall) setup, then consistent, reliable reception of anything over 70 miles away should not be expected. However, an amplifier may help deliver a better outcome depending on the terrain surrounding your location. Please give us a call at 877-825-5572, we can help pinpoint the issue and advise you on what your next steps should be to improve your reception and help get those missing channels. You will be able to see where the towers are located, the number of TV channels available in your area, and the distance from your home to each tower. Also, try installing the antenna as high up as possible. Then, re-scan your TV for channels. Did not pick-up many channels

If you have the antenna on the roof, you may need a longer mast to get the height as trees and buildings can block the TV signals. You will also need to face the antenna towards the largest cluster of towers in your area.
