These are supposedly completely gone over and in excellent condition. When I got it home - it had parts missing and was all beat up. I was very disappointed. I did buy this exact antenna straight from the company and love it.

I had to constantly adjust the antenna. Some channels would appear one day and disappear the next. This makes it really hard to depend on this device.

We are here to help! We ALWAYS recommend you place the antenna as high up as possible; some broadcast towers are at a longer distance and just because some obstructions cannot be seen does not mean they are not present between your location and the towers. Also, be sure to re-scan for channels every time you move the antenna. Sometimes it may take a few tries to locate the "sweet spot". We also have a free app called Antenna Point you can download to your iOS or Android phone. Once you download, the app will identify your location. You will see the towers in the surrounding area, so you aim the antenna in the right direction to pick up the TV signals. If you continue to have trouble after trying this, just give our support team a call at 877-825-5572, and they will perform a free signal analysis of your area to pinpoint what the problem may be. I got this antenna wanting to get some over the air free tv signals.I live between New Orleans and Baton Rouge Louisiana. I’m 70 miles from NO and 50 miles from BR. This antenna says it has a 70 miles range. I first tried it in the attic pointed to Baton Rouge. I scanned for Chanel’s and got 12 channels. I angled the antenna about 30 degrees to the south and did a rescan. I got 62 channels this time. Yahoo!! I was hoping it would work in my attic and it did. Very happy. I have asphalt shingles so it doesn’t seem to interfere with the signal. It was also super easy to hook the antenna up to the cable tv co-axial cable that ran from my cable tv line. I highly recommend this antenna.

I purchased it replace my DirecTv with Over the Air Digital Channels. Was not able to use it as I have a large tree in line of sight with the TV Tower transmissions.

The installer came out and said it wouldn't work well and took the antenna back. I need to check I'm getting a credit for this.
