The reception, once antenna was firmly situated, is very good. Better than my previous antenna.

This antenna advertises VHF coverage when that is only half true. The channel number is no indication of what channel the station transmits. To find that, go to TVFool or AntennaWeb. I could not receive our PBS station with antenna.

I feel something is malfunctioning. please let me know if i have to exchange it at best buy.

I didnot know about antennas so the customer service agent at best buy picked it out for me and it was the wrong antenna for my tv. When the delivered my tv and the antenna they realized after they opened the box that they antenna was the wrong one for my tv. When i tried to bring it back they said i could not return it because the box was opened, the setup people opened the box but BEST BUY didnot want to hear that.

Posted .Greetings, Try placing the antenna up higher to reach further as trees and buildings can block the TV signals. There are no guarantees with antennas. You need to find the sweet spot for it. To reach Milwaukee depends on the signal strength of the towers located in that area. You can try to move the antenna to several locations to find the best reception. Did not pull in any extra channels on my tv.

Even though my home is at the tippy top of a 3000 foot mountain, not one extra channel was received with this product. I returned it for a full refund.

For instance, I live in central CT and pointed the anatanae north to pick up towers in Hartford and New Britain. However, I do not receive the Tower for WTNH/ABC in New Haven. I'm going to return and find an omni-directional option.

Those channels maybe out of the range of the antenna or they could also be on a lower frequency or low power. We ALWAYS recommend you place the antenna as high up as possible; 75 miles is a long distance and just because some obstructions cannot be seen does not mean they are not present between your location and the towers. Also, be sure to re-scan for channels every time you move the antenna. Sometimes it may take a few tries to locate the "sweet spot". We also have a free app called Antenna Point you can download to your iOS or Android phone. Once you download, the app will identify your location. You will see the towers in the surrounding area, so you aim the antenna in the right direction to pick up the TV signals. Posted .Greetings! Thank you for your purchase and honest feedback. Placing an antenna in the right location is the key to getting better signals. If you placed the antenna on the floor, for instance, the signals may not have been presented or low to the floor. For indoor purposes, even an indoor/outdoor antenna needs to be up high. Towers are 1500 feet up in the air. Most of those signals are not pointing down, so we always recommend placing the antenna up as high as possible to achieve the best signal reception.
