It is not acting any better than our outside antenna, it doesn’t seem consistent. Still have to scan for channels on a daily basis, a channel there one day isn’t always there the next. The suggested app often lists that a channel is available but Tv doesn’t pick up during the auto scan. A channel can be there 1 moment and not available the next. These are some of the same problem we were having with our outside antenna when the wind would cause it to rotate. So I was under the impression since this model is stationary (based on where I place it) reception should stay consistent. The plus side has been if I have trouble getting local networks, then sometimes if I rescan and pick it from a different locality. I can’t really recommend this product, for the price I was expecting all channels to be there every day. That was why I purchased it, I was tired of losing channels on windy days.

I live half way between Detroit and Toledo. I pointed the antenna toward Detroit. I get 69 crystal clear channels but since I got the channels from both Detroit and Toledo many channels are duplicated.

Thumbs up! Wanted the outdoor specific model, but could only locate the indoor/outdoor. Works just fine, thank you. Located on roof using old stanchion from abandoned Direct TV installation. Added RCA signal preamplifier. Aimed at Sutro tower. Hooked up to Roku ready TV. Cut the cord on TV portion of Xfinity bundle. Saving about $100/mo.

Somewhat disappointed with the reception on certain channels that are only 30 miles away. May be the installation, as it is in my attic. It may work better outside. Will add an amplifier at some point. I do, however, like the number of channels I can receive, 40 including sub-channels.

Originally bought this and installed in my attic in a metropolitan area that has 40+ HD channels and received every channel plus more within 70 miles. Took this out to our farm in rural west Texas where the closest TV station is 50 miles away and it picked up along with a couple of other stations that are further out. Excellent reception and distance is true to advertised distance!

I was happy this antenna worked. I had no success with the flat square indoor antennas, and I had limited success with a cheap antenna I got online. If this antenna was no better I was ready to get a refund but it pulled in more stations than I expected. I'm in new castle, Delaware and I pull stations from Philly. I would recommend this antenna to anyone cutting the cable cord.

in our town, it's said to be impossible to pull in ABC except in upstairs rooms. this antenna gets great reception in our living room for ABC and other antenna stations that we never dreamed of being able to access. we are cord cutters; we connected the antenna to the coax cable from the satellite dish and it works great! it also has less of a profile than other antennas we were looking at (some are *enormous*).

Was planning on installing in the attic and decided to try it against the window and it pulled in 80+ channels. Yes- some of the channels were duplicates, I'm thinking from different transmitters but I didn't need to crawl in the attic and route the cable back to the TV.

We bought the flat one that sits behind the tv inside and got 4 channels. We took it back and got this. Put it on the porch post since it was raining and got 21 channels. Tried a few other spots about the same. Put it on the roof and pulled in 26 channels. We are down in a hollow with hills on 3 sides. We are please. The website says possibility of 40 channels for our address. We are satisfied. We cut the cord! Saving lots of money each month now.
