However, my 2nd home is a little less than 60 miles from Philadelphia with multiple towers stations there and I get none of them. There are 0 trees around my home and I installed it up on the roof and pointed in the correct direction using their app. The box said its range is 70+ miles.

After about five different antennas we were only get a few of the channels we know are out there. This antenna was twice the price of any we had purchased prior, but it gets all but one or two of the channels and given the bad reception the room gets, we're happy with that.

But the antenna did pick up some stations I had never heard of -- just couldn't get enough of a signal to actually broadcast anything onto my tv.
