My attic above the garage was the perfect place to mount the antenna except for one major detail, my roof has plastic quilted insulation throughout the attic. I didn't expect this to be a problem but it was. Best Buy refunded no problem.

RCA antenna is a better indoor antenna.

I wanted to get an antenna that got one of the local channels better, so I bought this based on reviews and a recommendation from a YouTuber that supposedly installs a lot of antennas. Well, the RCA works better than this, takes up a lot less room, is easier and less cumbersome to mount, plus it also costs less. Unless you need an outdoor antenna, I would just get the top of the line RCA.
