    First of all, this is a multidirectional antenna not directional. I tried pointing antenna different directions and it did not give any improvements. The manual says 70+ miles - may be they meant across the water or in the open field. We have couple towers in around 30 miles and lots of trees in between and this antenna is picking up only Fox channel, couple religious channels and several channels in Spanish. That's it. As I said we are located 30 miles from a major city. I am going to connect antenna through amplifier, see if it makes a difference. Forgot to mention I raised antenna 15 feet.
