I bought 1 of these and took it straight to a friend's house to assemble it. We hooked up his TV on a short cord inside and he got 20-some channels. I got home with it and ran a quad coax from my basement to the roof &mounted it outside. I got over 20 channels. I later ordered the "Juice" booster because my coax run was around 70 feet. I get 38 channels from as far away as over 50 miles. It even works in blizzard snow conditions.

I built and installed the antenna in less than an hour. It worked extremely well in my area which is Greensboro North Carolina. It is installed in a roof attic where I had poor signal coverage on some channels prior to using the Aantana. I've only had it about a week but it seems to be doing an excellent job. I gained about six new stations and signal strength is excellent on all stations. We supplement with Netflix and Hulu.

I was upset missing two NFL playoff games due to reception. So I went out and bout this antenna, rescanned for channels, and "viola" I was set for watching the rest of the games without breakup reception or pixelation. My apt is on the bottom floor, of four, facing the inside of the complex. I had three other antenna connected before this install. Disconnected them and my new Clearstream antenna saved the rest of my season.

We live about 50 miles from two cities with tv stations Green Bay and Wausau WI. The Green Bay has 7 stations and the Wausau has 4 stations. We could only get one station in regardless of which city at which we pointed the antenna. May work fine if have a clear shot towards a tower but doesn't work far away with trees around the house.

I thought I would get more channels with a outside antenna I get the same with my inside one

I bought this to use at a vacation cabin in a *very* poor signal area - mountainous and the closest TV station is about 50 miles. (To put it in perspective I have to drive 7 miles just to get a cell signal.) The online reception prediction web sites told me I would get no TV stations - I actually got two with this antenna. I'm certain that it would work well with closer stations or less mountainous terrain.

This antenna works great. We have used several different indoor antennas, and have always had to move them around depending on which channel we were watching. We had this antenna mounted in the attic and get so many more channels, and get them consistently. The picture is very clear. We are about 50 miles from the local towers. Even on cloudy, windy, or rainy days the reception is great. We highly recommend this antenna.

In our area, the NBC affiliate broadcasts on VHF, while all the other networks are on UHF. Because of this, the NBC station's signal is weak. I tried two other antennas before this one, and neither pulled in that station--the one I watch most, of course! This one does, and it's a solid signal. It'll pay for itself in a month or two, too!!

This is an excellent antenna and it is not difficult to install that you don't mind doing that sort of thing. It has great reception and picked up over 65+ channels. I would definitely buy it again or recommend it to someone looking for a digital antenna.

To be honest, little disappointed with this product. Thought by getting a (supposedly) stronger antenna would be able to get all main channels where I am located. But it did not. Get all mains but NBC. Might work if closer in city, but on the suburbs it does not work. Good thing I got it when it was on sale.

We live in a rural area but were able to add 30+ channels with this antenna. We had been using an indoor antenna but had gotten sick of having to continually adjust its location depending on what channel we were watching, as well lack of channels. My husband did the installation on the roof and said it was pretty easy. It takes a very strong storm/wind before it needs adjusted from lost signal.

Overall nice antenna. This was the most expensive of the antenna available at Best Buy on the day we purchased. We needed to play around a bit with the direction, but we now have 6 broadcast channels that come in very clearly. This is the best antenna we have owned. Only 4 stars because of the rather Mars rover appearance.

This is the fourth indoor/outdoor antennae I have purchased since cutting cable. What makes this one best is the fact that it mounts closer to the interior wall than the others and gives me more consistent reception. I have had better directional reception but this one is very good and works the same each day. /

Assembles in 10 minutes, mounts in attic in 5 minutes. Go to antennapoint.com to determine which way to aim it (you enter your zip code and it will give you the direction the transmitters are from your location...in my case, it was 163° from my house, so using a compass on my smart phone I aimed it in that direction).

After trying a few cheaper models I finally went out and bought the upper end. This model works much better. HDTV is a line-of-sight signal so getting it up as high as possible will always be the best bet, regardless of the antenna. I need to move mine up more, but it has helped with most of the local channels while located on the first floor. I expect it to be wonderful as soon as I get it up in the attic.

Previously had the v2 and wanted a little larger range so bought the v4. Getting an excellent picture but loose signal at night on some channels. Once I get the antenna higher I believe everything will be perfect. Love this antenna. My brother-in-law bought one for himself and has had excellent signal from day one.

Yes, it looks like something from a bad sci-if movie and assembly goes well for the most part. By the time you've assembled it, you wonder if this thing could really work. Oh yes it does. We are by a river in a VERY remote location on Maryland's Eastern Shore and we're pulling in 30 or so stations from as far away as Lancaster, PA with a sharper picture than we were getting from Dish. Excellent!

I found that the antenna worked fairly well for the price. The directions are not very clear about placement and adjustments. We are receiving more channels but the advertisement over exaggerated the distance it will go. Overall it is a good product.

Great product but didnt work for me because of the location of my home

It was easy to install. Only 25 channels. Not all clear. I expected more channels.
