I could not pull in the basic stations so I could cut the cable. Two of the four major networks were crystal clear, one was ok, and one I just could not get. I also purchased an amplifier from Antennas Direct to boost the signal. Still no luck. The antenna was of good quality just would not pull in the needed stations.

Posted .Depending on your location, distance from the broadcast towers, terrain, a 70+ mile antenna may not be needed. Antennas Direct has solutions for locations that are closer to the broadcast towers. Thanks!
Questionable number of received TV channels

It's not responsible for not getting a signal in the Cambria, CA area. I will give them 4 stars for being able to determine that there was no way I could receive a TV signal in my location. Just wish I had known that before purchasing, and spending the time to assemble the antenna.
