Posted .Please contact our tech support line @ 877-825-5572. We may be able to help. Using your address we can perform a signal analysis to determine which direction to point the antenna. Example: If the broadcast towers are to your east and the antenna is pointing west it may not work for you. Thanks!

But I found that an indoor one did just as good, and got as many channels and distance, without the necessity of having to get on a ladder and roof.

We got one main channel, I think CBS and 3 PBS channels. Returned as this did not meet our needs. Could not pick up Duluth or the Twin Cities. Box stated 100 mile range-not true.

That one stopped working so I don't know which one is better to spend my money on....

We used a YouTube video for help. After assembly, it would not pick up any channels in our area. Disassembly was faster. Best Buy was great about the return.
