Posted .So sorry. Was the amplifier light on? If the amplifier was not getting power it would actually block the broadcast signal. This is the case with all amps. Please call our tech support line @ 877-825-5572.

My windows face northwest and I am unable to put anything outside due to my lease agreements. This antenna worked okay, but they sell a better one (Mohu Leaf 50) which is doing a lot better than this one.

It picks up some channels but not as many as I was hoping. Part of the problem is I am using it on a ground floor and cannot locate it on the best wall for reception. Very few towers are close by and i will try this again on a second story TV and maybe get better results.

Once I channeled the signal through a stand alone antenna amp I happened to have it worked fine picking up about 20 channels. Had I not had the extra amp I would have returned it.

It seems to work better on some days than others. I bought a signal booster/splitter to help out and that seemed to work pretty well. Overall for me it's been pretty good. It all boils down to your location, and it's placement.
